Toonscart sells digital products only — cartoon and animated character models, rigs, and related asset packs delivered by instant download. Because these are intangible goods that can be copied the moment they're downloaded, we can't accept “returns” in the way a physical goods store would.
Why digital goods work differently
Once a file has been downloaded, there's no way for us to verify it hasn't been used, copied, or retained, so a standard return isn't possible. This is standard practice across digital marketplaces and is reflected in the pricing and licensing of every product on the site.
What you can do instead
If something is genuinely wrong with a purchase — the file is corrupted, doesn't match its listing, or you were charged incorrectly — that's covered under our Refund Policy, not a return. Most issues like this are resolved through a refund or a replacement file rather than a return process.
Before you buy
Each product page lists the exact file formats included (e.g. OBJ, FBX, GLB, AI) and a description of what's provided. Please confirm your software supports the listed format before purchasing — format incompatibility with software not listed on the product page isn't treated as a defect.
